Early childhood is the best time to start emphasizing the importance of diversity and inclusion.We strive to help children recognize and accept differences in cultural backgrounds, physical abilities, special needs and more. In turn, creating more considerate human beings for a better, kinder world. At STEAMulation Hub, embracing diversity is integral to our classroom culture. We welcome the unique needs of each child and their varying interests and abilities to foster an overall culture where differences are valued and interactions are free of bias. This requires an active approach by our educators who model kindness and empathy, and who create a sense of comfort, safety and belonging where every child feels not only represented but also accepted.
